Mitsukoshi department store is one of the most famous department stores in Japan. Apparently, a special production of 400 fountain pens was made with the binde of the M760 Jubilee, which received its own model number #660.
It can be assumed that remnants of the binde were used, since the typical serial number of the M760 model is also present here, and there is no indication of a low limitation of 400 pieces.
